Drivers are growing frustrated with a big roadblock on their everyday commute. The South Norfolk Jordan Bridge is still closed on one side, three weeks after a waste facility fire shut it down. Now, the facility's spokeswoman says it'll take a little longer until they can re-open it. Anne Sparaco spoke with crews who brought in equipment to help clear the damage today.
