Extenders:
Onion, Ginger, Bell Pepper, Red Chili
2 lbs of Octopus
1/3 cup Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 tbsp Liquid Seasoning (or Salt & Pepper)
1/2 tbsp Sugar
Toasted Garlic
Ground Black Pepper
Procedure:
Mix Baking Soda into your sliced Octopus and let it sit for at least 10-15 mins. Wash thoroughly, then blanch in boiling water for at least 2 mins before stir frying it. Happy cooking!
