Next up in our Meet the Team series is our CEO and Team Principal Dilbagh Gill. Mr. Gill has over two decades of experience working in technology and business development and is a Tech Mahindra family member for over 10 years. Dilbagh was appointed as the CEO & Team Principal ahead of Mahindra Racing's inaugural season in 2014/15. He has built a world championship-contending motorsport team from the ground up, which has led to multiple race victories and podiums. Dilbagh developed unique sporting technology practices that led him to work on high-profile programmes including Project Manager of 2010 FIFA World Cup and A1GP ahead of his work with Mahindra Racing.

In this episode, Dilbagh talks about how he worked to put together the world's largest sporting event and now leads Mahindra Racing in Formula E.
