This 35 min power yoga flow will help us build strength in upper arms, shoulders, core and flexibility through back body and shoulders which are required for this challenging inversion called Pincha Mayurasana or forearm balance.
Get ready for many plank holds, different dolphin pose variations, low boat holds, as well as hamstrings and shoulder stretches and a few final holds and exercises by the wall. You will need two blocks, s strap and a wall for this sequence.
Our intention will be to increase our stamina and resilience, build strength and improve flexibility while maintaining deep slow breathing and calm mind.
Put your best effort into this practice, rise up to a challenge but always remain mindful of your own body and signals it is sending you. Take breaks and modify if necessary. You can repeat this sequence as often as possible until it becomes easy for you.
Thank you for sharing this journey with me and subscribing to my channel.
