The United Nations warns that Afghanistan is facing famine. In a video conference on Monday, the UN's top humanitarian official said 6 million people are at risk. In some parts of the country children are working in brick factories to make money for food. These developments come on the 1 year anniversary of the official US withdrawal from Afghanistan. Azra Jafari made history in 2008, when she became the 1st female mayor of a city in Afghanistan. In part 2 of her interview with EWTN News Nightly's Tracy Sabol, Jafari shares what life is like under the Taliban rule.
