Pisang Goreng (Banana fritters) is a traditional Balinese dessert, that I enjoyed on my recent trip to Bali. This dish is vegetarian and with no added sugar. The banana variety used here is Yelakki bananas, however, Banana robusta can also be used.
Ingredients:
Rice flour - 100 g
Custard powder - 1 tsp.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Oil - 2 tsp.
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Oil for frying.
