How to make Ginger Candy Candy Candy recipe:
1. Today lets check out how to make Ginger Candy or Inju Murabba. This is very easy to make and has a lot of health benefits such as improves your digestion. treats sore throat and an immunity booster. You can store this in an air tight container an enjoy for a months time.
2. Today I have taken 100 gms of fesh Ginger . Peel off the skin. You can either use a knife or a fork to peel the skin off. Once done, clean wash it and keep it ready.
3. Grate the Ginger using a grater. I have attached the smallest grating blade to my grater to get the finest out of it. Now its all done, so lets start the preparation.
4. Heat a pan and add 1/2 cup of sugar to it. Then add 1/4 cup of water. Mix well until you start to get single string consistency.
5. Now the sugar has nicely melted, so continue mixing.
6. Now we have started to get the single string consistency, so go ahead and add the grated Ginger Candy Candy and mix well.
7. It has started to thicken up continue mixing.
8. Now everything has come together well, so off the flame.
9. Keep ready a ever silver plate greased with ghee. Transfer the Ginger Candy Candy mixture to it and level it a little.
10. Give it a two minutes rest time and then you can make slices and enjoy it right away.
