These ganache brownies are fudgy, chocolatey, and just the right amount of sweet. Unlike most brownie recipes, I didn’t add melted chocolate to the brownie batter. This is because these brownies are topped with ganache (chocolate + cream). Giving you a chocolatey delight, that’s not overly sweet. The salt flakes on top are optional, but highly recommended. They take these brownies to another level, making them just that more irresistible!

Brownies:
- 150g unsalted butter
- 40g cocoa powder
- 120g caster sugar
- 50g light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100g plain flour
Chocolate Ganache:
- 150g milk chocolate
- 75ml cream
