New Delhi, Feb 23 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh witnessed over 61 percent polling till 5 pm in the fourth phase of assembly elections on Thursday, as reported by the Election Commission of India. Giving details, Deputy Election Commissioner Vijay Dev said that the turnout is reported to cross 63 percent. Dev also informed that Rs. 13.49 crore of cash and 3.26 lakh litres of liquor worth about Rs. 8.17 crore were seized in this phase.
