In this video, I talk about my favorite horse betting ticket structuring strategy - keying a longshot to an odds-on horse in the doubles pool rather than (or in addition to) betting the longshot in the win pool. Even after accounting for the added risk of the multirace bet, the edge is often substantially greater in the doubles pool.
