The single arm snatch is an excellent exercise for speed-strength. It’s a specialist exercise that isn’t appropriate for everyone, but certainly something to consider in your power training if you’ve built a good base.
The single arm snatch can be done with barbell/ dumbbell or kettlebell.
In this video I’m snatching 50kg.
