In November 1962, a new collapsible bike designed by Dr Alex Moulton was demonstrated before ITN's cameras in Bradford-on-Avon. The Moulton model of mini-bike was a pioneer in the cycling field, and can be seen as an early iteration of the folding bike model that is now so popular across the world.
