WhatsApp has recently introduced several updates to enhance user experience:
Festive Features: Between December 20 and January 3, users can enjoy special confetti animations by reacting with select emojis, adding excitement to New Year's conversations. Additionally, festive backgrounds, filters, and effects are available for video calls during this period.
Events Feature: Users can now create and manage events within the app, track RSVPs, and receive automatic reminders, streamlining event planning.
Enhanced Video Calling: WhatsApp has upgraded video calling capabilities to support chats with up to 32 participants, along with new filters and backgrounds. Audio and video quality have been improved through better noise and echo cancellation.
Channel Categories: New channel categories have been introduced to help users find desired channels quickly. Channel creators can now use "Voice Updates" and have up to 16 administrators, enhancing channel management.
Sticker Features: Users can turn photos into stickers and search for stickers in the Giphy library, adding more fun to conversations.
