This vegan Chocolate Mousse is as healthy as it could get.
Protein in silken tofu will balance out the carbs in the recipe and good quality chocolate will keep it also refined sugar free.
RECIPE:
340g silken tofu
35g maple syrup
50g plantbased milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
150g 55% chocolate* @roosiku_chocolate
Rasberries, whipped cream and chocolate for deco
Melt chocolate carefully using a water bath method.
In a blender blend firstly all the ingredients besides the chocolate, then add the melted chocolate and blend until combined.
Place handful of strawberries into dessert cups and slightly press them. Pour the mousse on top and place into the fridge for about 2 hours to set.
Decorate as you like and enjoy!
* You can use dark chocolate as well.
