Summer Special Smoothie !!!
With all the amazing produces, carrots and oranges are few of those which is blessed in abundance.
Bringing out the best flavours & goodness from both with minimal ingredients (maple syrup is optional; could be easily replaced with honey as well), this smoothie is nothing but a winter delight to enjoy.
The natural sweetness is enough to give you the right boost of hydration and definitely a feel good factor.
Ingredients:
1. Orange: 2 whole oranges; deseeded ; cut into cubes
2. Carrot: 1; skin peeled and diced into small pieces
3. Maple syrup: 1/2 Tsp
4. Pink Himalayan salt: a pinch
5. Ice cubes : 2-3
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients into a blender & blend it into a thick smoothie
- Pour it into your favourite glass/ mug.
- Garnish with few mint leaves.
- Enjoy.
