This is a Prong Bending Tool for Common Sense (Twist Lock) and Lift-The-Dot Fasteners. Use it to easily bend the metal prongs of these fasteners over the mating backing plate to lock the plate firmly against the fabric, thereby completing the installation. The concave tool end is designed to hold the end of the prong, aiding the bending process, without the tool slipping off the prong.
