Zeppelin Loop or Zeppelin Eye Knot - One of a few Knots used in Bungee Jumping

My research into the Zeppelin Loop highlighted that this is one of the few knots that is used in bungee jumping. I assume that due to the elasticity of the rope and the extreme forces involved in Bungee jumping, this makes the Zeppelin Loop a very secure and stable knot??

I found that tying the Zeppelin Loop was slightly difficult and has me wondering if there is a faster way to tie this knot. If you do know a better way of tying the Zeppelin Eye knot, please do let me know.
