Our 2011 pinot noir captures your senses with immense florals including violets, boronia and flowering wild thyme. Raspberry licorice entices further along with wild strawberry, dark cherries, tobacco & spice. The palate is juicy but balanced by rich forest floor, clove and savoury flavours. Good tension between acid and fine tannins offers a well rounded palate with appealing length.
We particularly enjoy our pinot noir with smoked duck breast, grilled portabello mushrooms and rack of venison.
