How multicultural is it really in Toronto? As one of Canada's largest city, in this weeks video, I will be providing information about Toronto's multiculturalism, different cultured food, ethnic neighbourhood, and my personal experience as an Asian Canadian. I highlight the advantages of living in a metropolitan city that contains over 200 ethnic groups with over 140 languages that are spoken. According to the 2016 Canadian Census - more than half of Toronto's population (51.5%) identify being part of a visible minority group. With that, I discuss the different cultured food options that exists in various ethnic neighbourhoods, such as Chinatown, Little Italy, Greektown, Little India, Koreatown, Little Portugal, etc. Near the end of the video, I share my personal experience about multiculturalism in Canada, specifically being raised in Winnipeg, then making the move to Toronto and what I have noticed.
Hope you guys enjoy the video, I'll see you all in my next!
