Five years ago, on September 5, 2014, the so-called Minsk Agreements were signed in the Belarusian capital. The document was aimed at establishing peace in the Donbas. This happened after the tragedy in Ilovaisk, when the Russian military shot Ukrainian soldiers in a humanitarian corridor, despite promises of a safe exit from the area. In our next report, we will take a look at the Minsk Agreements, and what the future of the Minsk talks might be.
