Taiwan has once again reported zero coronavirus infections - it''s the second time this week. The case count remains at 395, with 155 patients discharged from hospital after a full recovery. So far, Taiwan''s recovery rate is 39.2%, higher than the world average of 24.5%. Meanwhile, the mortality rate is just 1.52%, lower than the international average of 6.4%.At Thursday''s media briefing, Central Epidemic Command Center head Chen Shih-chung called on people to show empathy to returning Taiwanese who contracted the disease abroad. Chen said that anybody could have ended up in a similar situation, and that nobody wishes to be sick.
