Riviera Seafood Club's own Claire Ito shows us how to prepare a smoky hot sesame oil salmon crudo using Ora King Salmon, toasted sesame seed, fresno chili, lemon, cilantro, soy sauce (shoyu), and sesame oil.
This Salmon Crudo dish is simple to prepare and will easily impress any crowd and show off your chef talents. Remember to be careful of the hot oil when pouring, and watch your hand to eye contact around those chilis - the rest is cake!
