Okay, the story starts from the decoiler.Follow me.It’s a manual decoiler without any power, so it relies on the roll forming machine to drive and relax the steel coils.Certainly, if your project demands a more automated solution, we recommend the hydraulic decoiler, which is more efficient and secure.
Next is our high quality roll forming machine. Its feeding and guiding part is engineered to ease a smooth and accurate flow of the steel coil and keep the coil at the center line. In order to achieve multi-size production, we can turn the handle wheels to move the guiding rollers to change the feeding width.
After that, the steel coil will enter the leveling machine, we can also call it a leveler. It has two upper rollers and three lower rollers,efficiently flattening steel coils with 1.5mm to 2mm thickness. This range aligns with commonly used step beam thickness.This clutch can control the switch of the leveling motor, when it’s turn on, it provides more power to relax the steel coil.

This roll forming machine is really long, it has 26 stations.In this part, we used the small side rollers to guide the steel coils and shape the profile.This part has a double wall panel structure and it can produce step beam with any height automatically, ranging from 70mm to 140mm. The motors on the left and right sides provide power for the machine to move on rails to achieve height changes.The only thing you need to do is inputting the height on PLC screen. This design ensures versatility and efficiency in the production process.

The further back, the larger the diameter of the roller. If the height of the step beam is 10mm higher, the diameter of the roller also needs to be increased by 10mm. The amount of raw materials of the roller affects our quotation, so the size of the step beam is very important.

【cutting】Finally we're going to reveal the reason for the notches. During the forming process, the two notches come together and become a hole, which makes hydraulic cuting easier and almost does not distort the step beam. This hole is 10mm wide and the blade is 10mm wide,which means 0.5mm error can be tolerated before and after. This is a lasor sensor,making cutting more precise.
The traditional cutting method is saw cutting, a pair of blades cost 150 dollars, and it can cut about 1500 times, which means that the blades need to be replaced in about 2-3 days. So we made the innovation of hydraulic cuting and perforation device.
In addition, these two welding machines are used to weld the position 100mm before and after the cutting hole, which further ensures the cutting quality.
