Tens of thousands of South Sudanese refugees have crossed the border into Uganda fleeing the latest round of violence. There are over half a million refugees from neighbouring countries like South Sudan and the Central African Republic in Uganda. UN refugee camps there overwhelmed, understaffed and short on funds.
