The short documentary called "The Circus Tour" follows the conflict of interests between an estonian animal circus director and a group of local animal rights activists during the summer of 2010.
For the third year in a row, the local animal rights activists are trying to draw the attention of public to the issues related with animal circus. They meet the opposition of the circus director who sees them as a threat to his business.
