Dry Fruit Chikki | No Sugar No Jaggery Chikki | Healthy Recipe | How to Make Dry Fruit Chikki
INGREDIENTS:
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cashew – 150 gm
Almonds – 150 gm
Fig – 100 gm
Dates – 250 gm
First cut 150 gm of Cashews and 150 gm of Almonds into big Pieces. Take 1 tbsp of ghee in a Pan, When the Ghee Become Slightly Hot add Chopped Cashews and Almonds. Roast it for 2 to 3 mins on Medium Flame.
Next, put 100 gm of Figs and 250 gm of Dates in a Mixer Jar and Grind it.
Next Take 1 tbsp of Ghee in the Same Pan and add the Paste of Figs and Dates. Cook on Medium Flame for 5 to 6 mins.
keep Stirring and pressing with a Spoon to Soften the paste. After 5 to 6 mins add the Roasted Cashew and almond Pieces and Turn off the Flame. Mix Well.
Take out in a Plate and set it with Help of Hand or Spoon. Rest for 1 to 2 Hours and cut the Chikki into Pieces with Sharp Knife. Chikki is Ready to Serve.
