For those in Baltimore's Brooklyn Homes community, July Fourth is not a day of celebration, as the community is trying to heal in the aftermath of Sunday's mass shooting. Hot dogs and hamburgers were on the grill for the holiday in Brooklyn as part of continuing community outreach from many Baltimore City agencies, churches and community groups offering services. The neighborhood that has felt isolated was placed in the spotlight Sunday when 30 people were shot during a "Brooklyn Day" block party. Two of the victims -- 18-year-old Aaliyah Gonzalez and 20-year-old Kylis Fagbemi -- died.
