Welcome to the third week and day 15 of the ignite yoga program and yoga challenge by Breathe and Flow. We're so proud of you for joining us! Today we're starting strong with a 30 minute vinyasa flow class to open, lengthen and strengthen the body. We connect breath to movement. After that Flo is guiding you through a breathing exercise (pranayama) which is called nadi shodhana pranayama or also known as alternating nostril breathing. All of this prepares you nicely for the following meditation. We invite you to stay for the full length of this class, approach it with an open mind and open heart, be kind and patient to yourself and work with the body that you have today.
Our classes tend to be on the stronger side but we make them very accessible for all levels. Feel free to take breaks if you need to, pause the video if needed and join us when you're ready again. This is not a competition or if you can make it without taking any breaks. This is for you to feel good, move, breathe and perhaps be challenged both physically and mentally. Let's do this!
