Meet Charles Cather. He’s an American who moved to Serbia almost 15 years ago. Here, he started a popular YouTube channel about his life in Serbia, and in 2020, he got honorary citizenship. He now works at a work-and-travel agency and a couple of investment companies. He shared why he feels more accepted and loved in Serbia than in America, how to deal with famous Serbian directness as a foreigner, and how he was once beaten in Serbia just for being an American.
