Pinaputok na Bangus with butter:
1pc - Bangus
1/2 pc - Tomato
1 tbsp - Green chili
1 tsp - Ginger
2 tbsp - calamansi juice
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp - Butter
(Marinate the bangus)
Salt & pepper
Garnish:
Spring onion
Baked Cheesy Bangus:
1 pc - Bangus
Add
3 tbsp - White onion
1/2 pc - Tomato
3 tbsp - Soy sauce
1 tbsp - Calamansi juice
2 tbsp - Mayonaise
(Marinate the bangus w/)
Salt & pepper
Add the toppings
1/2 cup - Cheese
Bangus Ala Pobre:
1 pc - Bangus
Salt & pepper
1/2 cup - Cornstarch
Oil for frying
Sauce:
2 tbsp - Butter
3 tbsp - White onion
1pc - Green chili
3 tbsp - Soy sauce
2 tbsp - Sugar
3 tbsp - Calamansi juice
Black pepper
Garnish:
Fried garlic
