About 30 people are feared dead following a massive boat fire Monday off Santa Cruz Island. The boat involved, called the Conception, is owned by a company called Truth Aquatics. Truth Aquatics said the boat is a multi-level dive-boat where passengers sleep down below. The crew, however, sleeps on the upper decks, which is why they were able to escape.
