Darya Dugina, the daughter of Russian political philosopher Alexander Dugin, often referred to as 'Putin's brain,' was killed in a suspected car bombing over the weekend. Though Ukraine says it wasn’t responsible, there are concerns the incident could inflame violence in the region.
