Rajeswari Rajagopalan, Director of the Centre for Security, Strategy & Technology (CSST) at the Observer Research Foundation, spoke at an event 'India in the New World Order, organised by Policy Circle as part of a series of events themed on India's G20 presidency. The rise of China as a dominant power in Asia has created a unique security situation as no Asian power has the wherewithal to counter the Asian Giant. India needs to collaborate with likeminded powers in Asia Pacific to ensure a stable security environment, says Dr Rajagopalan.
