With teams CrossFit OC3 and CrossFit Invictus Back Bay entering the event at the top of leaderboard and battling for a spot at the Games, there would be plenty on the line here. Rich Froning and CrossFit Mayhem Freedom already have their ticket punched to the Games, but still looked to re-assert their place in the hierarchy.
The Snatch & Press breaks the team into M/F pairs and requires 80 Dumbbell Snatches (100 LB for men, 70 LB for women), 40 Strict Handstand Push-Ups, and a sprint to the finish line.
