Khopra Pak
Ingredients:
2 tbsp - Water
500 ml - Milk
400 gm - Sugar
500 gm - Desiccated Coconut
1/2 Cup - Home Malai or Milk Powder
2 tbsp - Saffron Milk
1 tsp - Cardamom Powder
1 tsp - Kesar Colour
Method:
Take a Big pan and add Water , Then add Full Milk , Stir Continuously and Cook till Half in quantity
After adding Sugar , Mix Continuously , Let Boil and thicken then add Coconut , Mix Properly and add Malai ,Mix Properly then add Kesar Milk and Mix Properly
Add Cardamom Powder , Mix Properly , Add Kesar Colour , again mix Properly and Switch off the Flame and Keep Mixture in Pan only for 2-3 Min and Put into Tray and Level With Spatula
Keep for 6-7 Hours For Set Outside Only
After that Put Silver Varkh Over the Khopra Pak and Sprinkle Some Kesar Color Water
Cut and Serve
If we are not Using Malai then add Milk Powder - 1/4 Cup, After Boing the Milk then add Desiccated Coconut
Tray Size - 10*8
Product - 1250 gm(Ready)
Storage - Outside - 3 to 4 day
Storage - In Fridge - 1 Week
