To Make Rago Moong Dosa
Ragi / Finger Millet - 1 Cup (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Green Gram Dal - 1/2 Cup (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Urad Dal - 1/4 Cup (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Ginger
Green Chilli - 4 Nos
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Rock Salt - 1 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Water
Ghee (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Method:
1. Take finger millets, green gram and urad dal in a large bowl.
2. Wash them with water once, drain it off and then pour fresh water. Soak the ingredients for 4 hours.
3. After 4 hours, transfer one half of the soaked ingredients to a mixer jar.
4. Add chopped ginger, green chillies, cumin seeds, rock salt and water to the batter.
5. Grind them all into a fine batter and transfer it to a bowl.
6. Now grind the remaining ingredients in the mixer jar without adding anything else.
7. Transfer the second batch batter too to the bowl and give it all a quick mix.
8. Heat a tawa and then pour a ladle of the batter on it. Spread it evenly.
9. Apply ghee to the dosa and once it is nicely roasted on one side, flip it to the other side and roast.
10. After the dosa is no more raw on both the sides, you can transfer it to a plate.
11. Wholesome Ragi moong dosa is ready to be served hot along with any chutney of your chouice by the side.
