Welcome to my online TaiChi class. The video program (Tai Chi: Eight Methods and Five Steps) is excellent for beginners of all ages to start the Taichi journey. With the consistency of practice, it can ease your chronic pains, cultivate your mind, relax your body, improve your vitality, and increase your life quality and health.
The whole program total comprises 11 videos; I break down each movement step by step in the 10 videos, which will respectively be posted on my YouTube Channel each week.
This video contains two parts:
Part 1: 0-2:52, demonstrates the complete form and introduces the key principle of Taichi.
Part 2: 2:53- end break down and introduce each energy of Eight Methods and Five steps
About Shifu Joy:
Joy graduated from Beijing Sports University and is a former Chinese Martial Arts artist at Ka Show in Cirque du Soleil. She is medal-winning Tai Chi, Qigong, and Chinese martial arts (Wushu) instructor with extensive experience in designing and teaching mind-body wellness classes at appropriate activity intensity levels for all age groups.
