6 Combo Exercises: 3 Sets x 10-15 Reps
1. Db Squats + Shoulder Press
2. Db Deadlift + Front Raises
3. Push-Up + T - Rotation
4. Db Side Bends + Lateral Raise
5. Db Close Grip Press + Db Pull Over
6. Reverse Lunges + Db Biceps Curls
Sets = 3 & Reps 10 - 15 for Each Exercise
Note: Don't forget to Warm-Up before workout & Stretch your body Post Workout.
