I tested the stability of a universal LNB PLL (common used for TV SAT) in order to receive the CW beacon of the P4-A QO-100 satellite. The tuning frequency is not exactly referred to L.O. 9750 MHz. The CW Beacon TX at 10489,550 MHz is expected downhill at 739,550 MHz. Instead with this common LNB PLL received the CW Beacon at around 739,372 MHz. As we see it is not stable, this also noted receiving in SSB and SSTV. I left active for four hours and the result does not change. This video is a small part of the test. 73
