Ingredients:

2/3 cup small dried shrimp
1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil

3 Chinese sausages
1 cup water

1 egg + 1 Tbsp water
1/4 tsp vegetable oil

2 cups glutinous/sticky rice
1/4 tsp salt + 2 cups water (adjust the water according to your brand of rice)

4-5 oz cooked chicken or Savory and Sweet Sautéed Chicken [ Ссылка ]
4 green onions + 1 Tbsp vegetable oil (Scallion Oil)
1/4 cup fried garlic

Yields: 4- 6 servings
