The 3rd edition of the European Hotel & Restaurant Awards by the magazine References Hôteliers Restaurateurs International, in partnership with Champagne Collet, was held in Barcelona on Saturday February 1, 2020 at W Barcelona hotel, Marriott group. During this prestigious evening, many professionals, personalities and journalists were present.
The European Hotel Awards 2020 ceremony was followed by a fantastic dinner by Romain Fornell (Michelin star - Caelis), Carles Abellan (La Barra) and Roman Gernoth. Menu: Leek in green sauce with Maresme green peas caviar; Smoked eel with emulsified fois gras soup; Trifon-style stingray ¨A la Madrileña¨ and W Sphere of Guanaja Chocolate with creamy toffee filling with Champagne Collet.
