There were installed on my unit brand new. Due to the design nature of the product they do not work. They are able to automatically adjust to uneven terrain and due to that they move when down. You can see in my video that the inner portion moves inside the outer portion which is the mechanism that allows it to automatically adjust to uneven surfaces. Due to this the camper can move alot, it ends up being about 2 inches at the top of the unit.
