The Move of the Day is Advanced Obliques with Flexion on the Pilates Ladder Barrel. We're taking an intermediate Pilates Ladder Barrel level exercise and making it advanced by changing the level. By placing you feet on a higher rung, you demand more work from your obliques and the muscles you use to stabilize the pelvis and spine with.
