The MSE Static-Eliminator effectively eliminates static charges in the material feed. Unresolved static charges typically lead to resin conveying issues, dust attraction and contamination, process control & quality issues and operator shock. With the new and unique MSE Static-Eliminator, the air between the sharp points and the grounded casing is broken down by ionization and both positive and negative ions are being generated. Half of the cycle is utilized to generate negative ions and the other half is utilized to generate positive ions. On a 60 cycles per second power grid, polarity is changing ionization every 1/120 of a second. The MSE Static-Eliminator is a compact unit which is easily installed into any material conveying system.
