Senator Bob Casey (D-PA), an ongoing advocate for children and early learning, along with Representatives Joe Crowley (D-NY) and Lois Frankel (D-FL), introduced sweeping new legislation to expand childcare assistance, The Child Care Access to Resources for Early-learning (CARE) Act, which would expand access to child care services.
