Tigers of Choy Lee Fut - Swing Punch Combos
Choy Lee Fut style has a strong foundation and normally trains with long exaggerated movements and then later easily can adapt to shorter techniques. Becoming skillful with swing punches combined with other circular and straight punches is our specialty.
Swing punches trained in Choy Lee Fut can help open a persons guard, attack and counter as well as keep a space around you if there may be more than one attacker.
These techniques can be found in almost all our hand sets and is first learned in our Basic 3 set. This will help get you more coordinated with using both arms and the timing between them.
