500 gr Tepung Terigu
50 gr Mentega Putih
100 gr Gula
250 ml Air
1 bks Ragi Instant

Bahan Isi :
350 gr Daging Ayam
1 buah Bawang Bombay
3 Siung Bawang Putih
75 gr Bawang Perai
2 sdm Saus Tiram
1 sdm Kecap Asin
2 sdm Kecap Manis
1/2 sdm Gula
1 sdt Garam
1/2 sdt Merica
1/2 sdt Kaldu
1/2 sdm Tepung Maizena

Bun Dough's Ingredients :
500 gr Flour
50 gr White Butter
100 gr Sugar
250 ml Water
1 pack of Yeast

Filling Ingredients :
350 gr Chicken
1 Onion
3 cloves of Garlic
75 gr Leek
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Stock Powder
1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
