This is Mirror's Edge Catalyst for the PlayStation 4 running on a PlayStation 5. This game never received PlayStation 4 Pro enhancements. The resolution is set to 900p and targeted 60fps on PS4. On PS4 Pro you can enable boost mode to improve the frame rate, which would stick closer to 60fps. On PS5, it seems to be a consistent 60fps experience.
The recording is in 1080p (even though the game outputs at 900p) and 60fps. Gameplay captured from a PS5.
