Let us make a very easy and healthy bread using whole wheat flour and rava (Semolina).
Measuring cup used 200 ml.
Always use lukewarm water for making the bread dough.
Always use unroasted rava (semolina) for breads and cakes. If fine rava ( Chirotti rava ) is not available , regular rava powdered can be used.
By using 1tsp of yeast you can proof the dough for 1 to 1/2 hours....by reducing the quantity of yeast the proofing time can be increased...if you want to do overnight proofing use 1/4tsp of yeast and after 1hour refrigerate the dough ...next morning remove from fridge...degas the dough and transfer to the baking tin...proof till dough doubles in size and then bake it..
I have used 8*3.5*3.5 inch tin for the recipe..
