Many people are told that cross country skiing is easy--"If you can walk you can ski". Unfortunately it isn't that simple. This video suggests that cross country skiing's tag line should be " If you can run you can ski". Remember that the running drill shown here develops weight shift- when you actually ski be sure to lengthen out stride but maintain the weight shift.
